But strong minds are more than memory receptors. Strong minds think clearly and seek to understand the world in ways that lead to happier and fuller lives. To that end, there are tools here that assist you with questioning your belief systems and the belief systems that others try to thrust on you. You will also discover how to examine habitual thought patterns and learn to make new ones, as well as why it’s important to face your fears so you can eliminate their inhibiting power over you.
Creating a strong mind, though, means you also take care of it. That, in turn, means you must get adequate sleep and give your brain a chance to empty itself periodically—to refresh and recharge and be prepared to take on new thoughts.
